How to Install a Carbon Fiber Air Intake System

    • Refer to the instruction manual and gather necessary tools (e.g., ratchets, Allen keys, screwdrivers, wrenches).

    • Use safety tape to protect your vehicle from scratches.

  2. Uninstall the Factory Air Intake:

    • Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    • Disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor carefully.

    • Remove retaining clips, vacuum solenoids, screws, and fasteners.

    • Lift out the air box and vacuum line.

  3. Prepare the New System:

    • Follow the manual to prepare the new intake system.

    • Adjust the vacuum hose and install support brackets.

    • Mount the heat shield and replace the MAF on the new system with the included hardware.

  4. Install the New Air Intake:

    • Slide the intake into place, align the air filter, and hand-tighten the clamps.

    • Avoid excessive force to prevent damaging the carbon fiber surface.

  5. Reconnect the Battery:

    • Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes to recalibrate to the new airflow.
